NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2015, entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-003191 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantee, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustee, And All Other Parties Claiming An Interest By, Through, Under Or Against The Estate Of Albert Labarbera, Deceased; Stephen James Labarbera; John Patrick Labarbera; Ann Kathryn Alexander; Leigh Thompson Labarbera; Jean M Didomenico; Jack P. Labarbera; The Groves Resident's Association, Inc.; Piper's Grove Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the November 18, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. L 103, PIPER'S GROVE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1840, PAGE 122 ET. SEQ. OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
