NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the day of 26 October, 2015, in Civil Action No. 15-CC-000622, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which PAMELA J. GOETTEN, is the Defendant, and THE FAIRWAYS AT EMERALD GREENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 18 day of November, 2015, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit No. 106, Building H, Phase II, of The Fairways at Emerald Greens, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium dated August 27, 1991, and recorded September 3, 1991, in Official Records Book 1644, Page 1368, et seq., as amended, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
