NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 28, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-056095 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is Plaintiff and PETER L. HOGREFE, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, KAREN HOGREFE, PETER HOGREFE, KAREN L. HOGREFE, TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25 day of November, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 29, Summerwood Subdivision, Replat, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 48, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
