NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22 day of October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-050446, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-66, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-66, is the Plaintiff and HAYLEY ADAMS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 UNKNOWN TENANT #2; HOME
RETENTION ASSOCIATES, INC are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 23 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
