Unit 9, Building 15456, ADMIRALTY YACHT CLUB CONDOMINIUM II, PART 1 a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2053, Page 2517 and amendments thereto, and as per Condominium Plat Book 9, pages 92-101 thereof, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, P.A., whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, FL 32312, at least 30 days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
