NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated October 27, 2015 and entered in Case No.2013-CA-051192, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTER ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-WMC3, MORTGAGE PASS-THOUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC3, is the Plaintiff and Rafael Arredondo, et al, are defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at County's Public Auction website: www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 a.m. on December 11, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in LEE, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
