NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated October 27, 2015 and entered in Case No.2013-CA-051192, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTER ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-WMC3, MORTGAGE PASS-THOUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC3, is the Plaintiff and Rafael Arredondo, et al, are defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at County's Public Auction website: www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 a.m. on December 11, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in LEE, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 47 AND 48, BLOCK 4049, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 56, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 107 THROUGH 116, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
