NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order on Joint Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale dated October 20, 2015, entered in the above captioned matter of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OH3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OH3 is the Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER J. HODGKINS AND DEBORAH A. HODGKINS are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on April 6, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. the following described property as set forth below:
LOT 72, BLOCK C, CROWN COLONY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 23 THROUGH 38, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, IF ANY, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THIS SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
