LOTS 58 AND 59, BLOCK 180, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS CAPE CORAL, UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 70 THROUGH 80, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 154 SW 52ND ST, CAPE CORAL, FL 33914; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com on November 30, 2015 at 9:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
