THE EAST 100 FEET OF TRACT 4, MARLOWE PARK, LESS THE NORTH 9 FEET THEREOF, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 90, 0F THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on February 4, 2016 .
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
