NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 20, 2015, and entered in 2013 CA 007597 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and CHANNING D. LOCEY A/K/A CHANNING LOCEY; MYRNA J. LOCEY A/K/A MYRNA LOCEY A/K/A MYRNA J. HARRIS A/K/A MYRNA HARRIS; SARASOTA SPRINGS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHANNING D. LOCEY A/K/A CHANNING LOCEY are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 17, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 964, SARASOTA SPRINGS UNIT NO. 9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
