NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 07, 2015, and entered in 2009 CA 019486 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and ALVIE MICHAEL HOBBIE ; SUNTRUST BANK ; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARY ALLYSON HOBBIE, DECEASED; BEAU HOBBIE are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 17, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 3786 AND 3787, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 13, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
