NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 24, 2015, entered in Case No. 2013 CA 001981 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Timothy W. Bradford; Paula Bradford; RF Inc.; Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 24th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 1410, TWENTY-EIGHTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 12, 12A THROUGH 12K, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
