NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. CA 2014 006907 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK , N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-3, is Plaintiff and MURIEL YAFFE a/k/a MURIEL BARBIERI YAFFE, et al., are Defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 16th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, LAUREL PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
