NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 21, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-000125NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and JACK L. HENSLEY, PATRICIA K. HENSLEY, STONEYBROOK AT VENICE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1N/K/A JANNAH AGUIRRE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2N/K/A JOSE ANSELMO AGUIRRE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 30th day of November, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2131, STONEYBROOK AT VENICE, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
