NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 22 October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 58-2014-CA-000447-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and CACH, LLC, Chase Bank USA, National Association, Citibank, National Association, as successor in interest to Citibank, Federal Savings Bank, Citifinancial, Inc. d/b/a Citifinancial Services, Inc., City of North Port, Florida, Dodge Enterprises, Inc., FIA Card Services, National Association f/k/a MBNA America Bank, N.A., Graciela Osborn also known as Graciela Portilla Flores Osborn, Russell J. Osborn also known as Russell James Osborn, Tenant #1 NKA Daniel Henke, Tenant #2 NKA Brenda Henke, United States of America, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 25th of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
