NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Unit 15, Building 16, SUNNYBROOK VI, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1481, Page 1144, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant to said unit. With the following street address: 4804 Myrtle Oak Dr. #15, New Port Richey, Florida 34653.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on December 3, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
