BOOK 513, PAGE 457, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE OF INTEREST OF SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
