RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed October 14, 2015 and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007678-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2004-4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-4, is Plaintiff, and JEFFREY R. MEYER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 2564, EMBASSY HILLS, UNIT TWENTY-TWO, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 19 and 20, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
