NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 02, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA003697 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION. AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-RS1, is Plaintiff, AMIN SANDIP, et al. and are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 16th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 217, BUILDING 10, TUSCANO AT SUNCOAST CROSSINGS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6873, PAGE 568 AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7124, PAGE 629, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 107, AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
