NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 02, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-000241 ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein M&T Bank, is Plaintiff, and CHARLES A. TERRANOVA, et al. are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 16th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 328 FEET OF THE EAST 1665 FEET OF THE NORTH 264.98 FEET OF THE S ½ OF THE NE ¼ OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, SUBJECT TO AND EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE SOUTH 15 FEET FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS.(TRACT #5)
THE NORTH 264.98 FEET OF THE E ¾ OF THE S ½ OF THE NE ¼ OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST , LESS THE EAST 1665 FEET THEREOF, SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF THE EAST 60 FEET THEREOF FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS (TRACT #6)
