Unit No. 601, from the condominium plat of CONTINENTAL TOWERS, INC., according to the Condominium Plat Book 6, Pages 8 through 12, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed July 28, 1970, in Official Records Book 3368, Pages 249 through 289, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided 1.188% share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
