LOT 39, BLOCK 3, SOUTH CAUSEWAY ISLE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 7990 CAUSEWAY BLVD SOUTH, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33707; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on November 30, 2015 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
