NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 9, 2015 in Case No. 2012-005811-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and William Griffin, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Rita Jackson A/K/A Rita H. Jackson , et al., are Defendants, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 30th day of November, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Apartment Number 2203, CORDOVA GREENS THIRD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 16, Page(s) 37 through 43, as thereafter amended, as further described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4105, Page(s) 71 through 149, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
