NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 522014CA005842XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK, an Alabama banking corp., Successor by merger to AMSOUTH BANK is the Plaintiff and IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 AM on the 5th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 16 and the East 7 1/2 feet of Lot 15, Block 28, Snell Isle Incorporated, Unit One of Snell Shores, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, Page(s) 31, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
