CITY OF OLDSMAR, FLORIDA Request for Qualifications RFQ 16-01 A SPORTS MARKETING & MANAGEMENT CONSULTING FIRM FOR THE SPORT OF BICYCLE MOTOCROSS (BMX)
The City of Oldsmar is soliciting Request for Qualifications from interested and qualified professional sports marketing & management consulting firms specializing in Bicycle Motocross (BMX). The winning vendor is to consult, and advise on the management and marketing of the City's BMX Supercross track operations, as needed.

Firms with demonstrated expertise in this field are invited to submit a RFQ package. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) shall be submitted to City of Oldsmar, to the attention of the Administrative Services Department, at City Hall, 100 State Street West, Oldsmar, Florida 34677-3655 no later than 2:00 PM, local time, Tuesday, December 01, 2015.

All questions regarding this RFQ must be directed via e-mail to: Al Braithwaite, Director of Administrative Services, at [email protected] no later than November 23, 2015 @ 2:00 PM (EST). Questions received later than November 23, 2015 @ 2:00 PM (EST) will not be considered.

The City of Oldsmar reserves the right to waive informalities in any proposal and to accept or reject any and all RFQ's in whole or in part without cause and to accept the RFQ that in the judgment of the City Council will be in the best interest of the City of Oldsmar.
