NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 02, 2015, and entered in 15-003031-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and FREDERICK G. KRAEMER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FREDERICK G. KRAEMER; PARADISE SHORES APARTMENTS, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 17, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 14 (NOW DESIGNATED AS UNIT 26 BY VIRTUE OF AFFIDAVIT CONFIRMING ERROR ON RECORDED PLAT FILED JULY 6, 1973, IN OR BOOK 4050, PAGE 1637, PINELLAS CQUNTY RECORDS), BUILDING 14, OF PARADISE SHORES GROUP NO. 14, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 36 & 37, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED DECEMBER 24, 1970 IN OR BOOK 3453, PAGE 312, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 70-124386, AND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JANUARY 25, 1973 IN OR BOOK 3982, PAGE 394, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 73-010700, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENT TO SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
