Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in the above-styled cause on October 9, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Pinellas County, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:

Lot 15, Block 5, BROADACRES, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 101, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The street address of which is 4121 35th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33713.
at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on November 30, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 and Chapter 702, Florida Statutes.
