NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-011716-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL COMMUNITY CAPITAL FUND TAMPA #1, LLC is Plaintiff and CAROLINA ANDRADE CARDENAS; MARIO VARELA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; KEENE PARK OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 9 day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 19, KENNETH CITY UNIT SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
