NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 71, TOWNHOMES OF COUNTRYSIDE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 97, Pages 39 and 40, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2897 Thaxton Dr. #71, Palm Harbor, Florida 34684.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 4, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
