LOT 5, EAGLE COURT II TOWNHOUSES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 98, PAGES 79 AND 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 701 4TH AVENUE SOUTH, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33701; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on December 10, 2015 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
