NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2015, and entered in 14-009204-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2005-I1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-I1 is the Plaintiff and HAU VAN HO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HAU VAN HO; NAM VAN HO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NAM VAN HO; SEMINOLE PALMS OF LARGO HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 19, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 21, SEMINOLE PALMS AT LARGO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 126, PAGES 84 THROUGH 89 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
