Apartment No. 203, from the Condominium Plat of KALMIA CONDOMINIUM No.3, according to Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 46, public records of Pinellas County Florida, and being further described in Declaration of Condominium filed on August 25, 1969, in O.R. Book 3148, pages 486 through page 580, public records of Pinellas County, Florida and as amended by Amendment filed on September 4, 1969 in O.R. Book 3156, Page 110 through 113, inclusive, public records of Pinellas County Florida.
