NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of October, 2015, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 15-000120-CI, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on December 1, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK D, ROSS OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
