To Defendants LEON MEYER, MILA BERKOVICH A/K/A MILA BERKOVITCH, DAWN MARIE JOHNSON, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 2, PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF COURT, FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, TIMBERWOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 19, 2015, in Case No.: 52-2014-CA-008745 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit In and For Pinellas County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff, and LEON MEYER, et al. are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Pinellas County:
Unit 9513, Timberwoods Condominium, Parcel A, a condominium according to the Condominium Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 21, Pages 14 through 17, and further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed April 17, 1975 in I.R. Book 4279, Page 1931, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
The above property will be sold on January 19, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, via electronic sale at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
