Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners, Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida in the office of the Director of Purchasing, County Annex Office Building, 400 South Fort Harrison Avenue, 6th Floor, Clearwater, Florida, until
December 1, 2015 @ 3:00 P.M. and will then and there be opened and read aloud for the following:

Services, Labor, Materials and Equipment Required for Construction of:
NEW KELLER WATER TREATMENT FACILITY OPERATIONS CENTER
BID NO. 156-0041-CP (DF)

PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

The engineering estimate for this project is $4,451,000.00

Due to the scope of this Project, a mandatory site visit will be required. Bids received from bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit will be judged non-responsive and will not be considered for award. A site visit will be held November 10, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. at the Keller Water Treatment Facility Administration Building, 3655 Keller Circle, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689. Additional site visits may be requested and will be addressed via an addendum.

Specifications, plans and bid forms are available on compact disk at no charge and may be obtained from Pinellas County Purchasing Department, 400 S.
