INVITATION TO BID
TO: ALL PREQUALIFIED BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners, Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida in the office of the Director of Purchasing, County Annex Office Building, 400 South Fort Harrison Avenue, 6th Floor, Clearwater, Florida, until
December 3, 2015 @ 3:00 P.M. and will then and there be opened and read aloud for the following:

Services, Labor, Materials and Equipment Required for Construction of:
JOB ORDER CONTRACTING (JOC) - WWTP & WATER PLANT
MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, MINOR CONSTRUCTION & UNDERGROUND UTILITIES
BID NO. 156-0013-CP (DF)

PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

The engineering estimate for this project is $20,000,000.00.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference on November 10, 2015 at 1:30 PM. at 400 S. Ft Harrison Avenue Clearwater, Florida 33756 in the 5th Floor Conference Room 516. Instructions and questions pertaining to the bid will be reviewed and discussed at this time. Bid suggestions or modifications may be discussed with County representatives at this meeting and may be considered by representatives as possible addenda to the Invitation to Bid. Due to the scope of this Project, bids received from Bidders who do not attend the “Mandatory” pre-bid conference will be judged non-responsive and will not be considered for award.

Contract documents and bid forms will be available on compact disk at no charge and may be obtained from Pinellas County Purchasing Department, 400 S.
