NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Order on Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on September 8, 2015 in the above-styled cause, Ken Burke, Pinellas county clerk of court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on November 23, 2015 at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property:
LOT 1, BLOCK 3, BONITA VISTA AND THAT PORTION OF VACATED NINTH STREET, 30 FEET IN WIDTH, ABUTTING THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT 1, BLOCK 3. BONITA VITSA; AND THAT PORTION OF LOT 14, BLOCK 3, BONITA VISTA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE MOST NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 14, BLOCK 3, OF BONITA VISTA FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING AND RUN THENCE SOUTH 20 DEGREES 07' 58” WEST 60 FEET; THENCE NORTH 66 DEGREES 12'24” WEST 9.13 FEET; THENCE NORTH 28 DEGREES 52'54” EAST 60.15 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
