Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-10CB Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-10CB, Plaintiff, and Brian Robertson, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the online auction www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am on the 20th day of October, 2015, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
