USE PLAN AMENDMENT & PRELIMINARY
SUBDIVISION PLAN AMENDMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Subsection 1-10 (A)(1), 4-5 D(2) & 4-5 E of the City of Ocoee Land Development Code, that on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2015, at 7:15 P.M. or as soon thereafter as practical, the OCOEE CITY COMMISSION will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at the City of Ocoee Commission Chambers, 150 North Lakeshore Drive, Ocoee, Florida, to consider the PUD/Land Use Plan Amendment & Preliminary Subdivision Plan Amendment for a parcel identified as parcel number 01-22-27-0000-00-012, located at 1970 Ocoee Crown Point Parkway. The proposed substantial amendment to the PUD/Land Use Plan would modify the designated use of Tract #3 from park land to single-family residential and modify the lot sizes in Tract #2 and Tract #50. The proposed amendment to the Preliminary Subdivision Plan will consist of 330 single-family residential lots on 217 acres.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA; APPROVING A SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE PLAN FOR OCOEE CROWN POINT ON CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED NORTHWEST OF EAST CROWN POINT ROAD AND STATE ROAD 429; AMENDING THE OCOEE CROWN POINT PUD LAND USE PLAN TO CHANGE THE LAND USE OF TRACT 3 FROM PARK TO RESIDENTIAL, TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF SINGLE FAMILY UNITS FROM 264 TO 333, TO ALLOW ALL INTERIOR ROADWAYS TO BE PRIVATE AND GATED, TO LIMIT ACCESS TO THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TO THE SCHOOL TRACT, TO LIMIT PUBLIC PEDESTRIAN ACCESS TO THE EXTERIOR CONSERVATION TRACT, TO REDUCE REAR SETBACKS, AND TO MODIFY LOT SIZES; REPEALING INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The complete case file, including a complete legal description by metes and bounds, may be inspected at the Ocoee Planning Department located at 150 North Lakeshore Drive, Ocoee, Florida between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. The Ocoee City Commission may continue the public hearing to other dates and times, as it deems necessary. Any interested party shall be advised of the dates, times, and places of any continuation of these or continued public hearings shall be announced during the hearing and no further notices regarding these matters will be published. You are advised that any person who desires to appeal any decision made at the public hearing will need a record of the proceedings and for this purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
