TAVAREZ; NEREIDA CAMACHO; JOHN DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION N/K/A TODD FREEMAN; AVALON PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 10/5/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
