NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 4, 2015, and entered in Case NO. 48-2009-CA-000089-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB1, is the Plaintiff and SANDRA LONDONO, A/K/A SANDRA M. LONDONO; PEDRO SALAZAR; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING, LLC; CHELSEA RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 10/5/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
