Colonial Dr., Orlando, FL 32804 (Creditor/Lienholder), will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Offices of Eck, Collins & Richardson, P.L., 924 West Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32804, on September 23, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. the following described properties:

The sale of the Property is to satisfy those Claims of Lien duly recorded in the public records of Orange County, Florida.
Owner(s) is/are currently in default under certain provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana's Fountains Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4155, Page 509 and all amendments thereto (“Declaration”).
