BROOKS; CAROLINE ESTATES COMM. ASSOC., INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 27th day of October, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, CAROLINE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11 PAGES 134 & 135, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
