NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, Case No. 2014-CA-011372-O in which ventures trust 2013-i-nh By MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC ITS TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE AND HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF THE ESTATE OF MARY BROWN, DECEASED; CAPFA CAPITAL CORP 2000F; UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS; PREMIUM ASSET RECOVERY; CAVC OF COLORADO, LLC; STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, Defendants, and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the Property herein, situated in Orange County, Florida described as follows:
