YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon Petitioner's attorney David Diaz, Esquire, 2323 Lee Road, Winter Park, Florida 32789, on or before the 1 day of October, 2015 and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Orange County Courthouse, 425 N. Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801, either before service on Petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter;; otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the WEST ORANGE TIMES.
