NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 27 July, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012CA-007816-0000-WH of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Wilmington Trust, NA, successor trustee to Citibank, N.A., trustee, in trust for registered holders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities 2007-SD3, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-SD3, is the Plaintiff and Eamonn P. Hogan, Gerard T. Tumelty, Sandy Ridge Homeowners Association of Polk County, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Richard A. Lewis, Tenant #2 n/k/a Jenny M. Lewis, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 25th of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 281 OF SANDY RIDGE PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 136, PAGES 21 AND 22, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
