NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-000670 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Selene Finance LP, Plaintiff and Jane L. Cutrer are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on November 20, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 24 OF OAK MEADOWS ESTATES ADDITION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81 PAGE 43 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 1987, MAKE: GLENHILL ROAD MACHINERY, VIN#: 57620197AW AND VIN# 57620197BW.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
