NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 25th day of June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA-000530-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein is the Plaintiff and ROBERT G. KARSNAK; A/K/A/ ROBERT KARSNAK, AS TRUSTEE OF THE BRITTS LANE TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 12, 2006; JENNIFER E. KARSNAK; NORMAN HARRIS SERVICES, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION; UNKNOWN SETTLORS & BENEFICIARIES OF THE BRITTS LANE TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 12, 2006, AND ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH AND UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 25th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF LOT 2, BLOCK 2, G.H. THOMAS ADDITIONAL TO BARTOW, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4B, PAGES 63 & 64 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA. DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; BEGIN 15 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 2; RUN THENCE SOUTH 126 FEET; THENCE EAST 89 FEET; THENCE NORTH 126 FEET; THENCE WEST AT THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS THE EAST 10.00 FEET THEREOF.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
