NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 53-2014-CA-004568, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY O. REYES ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC. POINCIANA VILLAGE THREE ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 28th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 712, POINCIANA, NEIGHBORHOOD 5 NORTH, VILLAGE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, AT PAGES 27-42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
