NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 27, 2015, and entered in 53-2012CA-000527-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. F/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A. F/K/A ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff and RICHARD E. FERRELL A/K/A RICHARD EDWARD FERRELL; SEAN BRIAN CURRY; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SHANNA CURRY LANGIERI; JAMES M. FERRELL A/K/A JAMES MICHAEL FERRELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHANNA CURRY LANGIERI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES M. FARRELL A/K/A JAMES MICHAEL FARRELL N/K/A PAULA FERRELL; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 25, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 330 FEET OF THE NORTH 350 FEET OF THE EAST 330 FEET OF THE WEST 660 FEET OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, LESS AND EXCEPT THE EAST 1 1/2 ACRES THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
